Over the past decade I have had the privilege to work in a few different industries where I focused heavily on client experience in different capacities. I am passionate about strong customer journey and I have proudly worked with some incredible clients ranging from from hyper growth start ups to Fortune 500s. I love focusing on outcomes and continuous improvement.

Outside of my CX career, I am deeply in love with my roles as mother, veteran spouse and friend. I enjoy long walks, healthy recipes and most especially a warm almond milk latte each morning. I believe changing your mindset can change your life and I am committed to the practice of integrity in every aspect of my life.
